What a circus...

The only thing these guys are good for is the pricing on new units. This part was fast and delivery happened within 5 days.

And then it has gone pear-shaped... I paid for the installation package and also asked multiple times for them to confirm they have a local installer in my city. Of course I received all the assurances. The installer arrived and sent them a quote for his work about a week later. It is now 3 weeks later and he is still waiting for a response from them.

I have now been sending emails back and forth over the past 2 days only for them to come back with a new quote for installation costs. After querying this the lady says she missed that I had paid for the installation already, but i still have to pay in extra.

So far I keep getting mails apologizing, but nothing is actually moving forward.

So now I am demanding a refund on the installation fees so I can find my own installer. Let's see what excuses they will come up with now to delay this process too.

It's really sad because they started off with great service in delivering the units so quickly, but then something has gone horrifically wrong.

My suggestion to anyone is just buy the units you want because of the competitive pricing and sort out the rest yourself to avoid the drama which I see from the comments, appears to be common practice.
