Waste of time and money

Absolutely shocking service. It is almost two months since I ordered my air con and there is still no sign that it ever be delivered. They ignore your emails and make empty promises when you call them if they even answer. I would rather burn my money than give it to them, at least that way you can use it to affect the temperature in your house.
