Very professional service

Good communications (both via email and sms) after ordering my unit online, despite the order being placed just before the festive season. The installation was confirmed for 9 Jan 2025 and the team arrived slightly ahead of schedule on the day, after calling me to check if they could come early. They worked very neatly and even vacuumed up all the plaster debris (inside and outside) after drilling through the wall. They left the premises very clean and tidy. AC unit is working perfectly so far. I'm enjoying the wifi capability too. No complaints!
