Useless and pathetic is an understatement

This is the most useless AC company in South Africa. There’s zero service to speak of. Absolutely pathetic. They came to install an aircon and after a year, the aircon is still not working. They asked us to pay a maintenance fee to get it looked at again even though it didn’t work in the first place. Paid in October and they still haven’t came to look at it. Don’t use their service even if you get the aircon for free!!
