Terrible Customer Service

Never written a negative review on Hellopeter before, but really feel the need to do so this time.

Terrible customer service from AC Direct with pretty much no genuine regard or care for the customer. Order from them if you want, but just hope the unit you get isn't faulty. Hugely disappointed with the service and won't be ordering from them again.
