Terrible customer service

This company has zero communication skills and customer service is so poor. I ordered an aircon early December and was not told there was no stock. I called several times and 4 different employees from the company promised me 4 different things. We are now going into February and still no aircon nor is there any communication from them. I spent R18000 with them and they sent me a cheap microwave to compensate for their mishaps but even with that no one called to tell me what it’s for and I will be getting a microwave as an apology it just pitches at my door and I was under the assumption the aircon finally arrived. I am disgusted and have never dealt with such a useless company before. Do yourself a favour and never purchase from them.
