Stay away from AC Direct
Do not buy from Ac Direct. I bought a portable aircon which doesn't fit my window. I cannot return it now because I opened the box. It was not clearly mentioned before purchase that this was the terms otherwise i would not have purchased the darn thing. Now I am stuck with an aircon i cannot use and Ac Direct refuses to offer any solution to my problem just because the damn box is opened. I am now out of pocket as I need to purchase a wall unit somewhere else. Horrible after sales service!
