Service Quality Recovery

I ordered and paid a freezer on-line. I decided to buy from AC Direct due to an extremely competitive price. I said I will collect, since I needed it urgently. When I visited their warehouse, the product was not in stock. After I escalated - I thought they would only pay back my money. They did not. They went out of their way to source a product and delivered it to my home in Pretoria in time! What a nice recovery!
