Reliability and customer friendliness

I ordered a heat pump and a cover for our pool on December 13th, 2023. Because we didn't receive a message about the delivery date, we called shortly before Christmas (email was not answered). It was said that the heat pump was in stock and the cover was coming shortly. Another call at the end of January: the heat pump arrives on February 10th. first in Capetown. Reliability and customer friendliness look different. I'm no longer sure if I have to write off my money...
