Refund not processed for 2 months
I have a refund pending since 2nd August to date (20 September). Contacting them weekly, all I get is that the request has been sent to management for approval.
This is the worst experience and they holding onto almost 19k of my money.

22 Sept 2023, 08:35After the complaint they processed the refund a day later. Social media should not be the trigger to a process to get through to management guys.
