Prolonged Delays & Unjustified Charges

We are a business that has experienced extremely poor service. We paid R22K for a job that has been dragging on since November 2024 with no resolution in sight. Now, to add insult to injury, we're being asked to pay an additional R3K without any guarantee of a fix. This prolonged delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable. We advise other businesses to think twice before engaging with them.
