Poor service and unprofessional installation

Communication was good and items were received and installed in good time; however, the team doing the installation made a big mess in my home and drilled unsightly holes everywhere. Clearly an inexperienced team despite paying for "professional" installation, and I have yet to receive a site visit from management or any promise to rectify the unprofessional service I've received. Rather go with another company, I've learnt my lesson.
