POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE - AVOID!!!!

We are still not sure what is going on with our order, with all due respect nothing on the order had gone as planned.

Would not recommend using AC Direct.

The call centre is a completely dead end, nobody ever picks up the phone, and all email communications are based on 2-7 day turnaround times, yet AC Direct sits with full payment and no cooking clue about how to coordinate online business with installations.
