Poor service

Very poor service , booked a service for my aircon and paid and waited 10 days for them to come. Had to call and e mail them 10 times before I eventually got a date from the manager and then they did not arrive. When I mailed him to cancel and ask him for a refund he said they would be there late in the afternoon, no apology, no call to say they are running late. Will not use them again and have a large property portfolio.
