Poor customer service!

Made an appointment to service 3 airconditioners on website. As per website - paid upfront. On 29th November I received email confirming my order and was given a date 5th Nov for the service. No-one arrived on 5th. I called and was advised typing error, actually the 6th December. No-one arrived or called and again after I made contact was told technician had decided to fix his car and never advised the office. Shocking service, do not recommend dealing with them for anything. Telephone also goes unanswered for a long time - poor service all round especially when you have to pay upfront for such poor customer service!!
