Poor (at best)

Just all round poor. Installation booked for 8/4/2024. Installer called on 5/4/2024 changing installation to 6/4/2024, then cancels on the morning of 6/4/2024. Installation is done 8/4/2024 & the workmanship is shocking. Then to top everything I got an invoice for additional usages - I don't mind paying, but then the shoddy work should be revised.
