Poor aftersales and support

I initially had a good experience with delivery and installation, but unfortunately the heat pump failed after about 3 weeks. Since then technicians came out twice and replaced the PC board, and the unit was eventually removed for further diagnostics. I was told by the technician the compressor may have failed. Communication has been poor and I’ve had to follow up repeatedly, with promised feedbacks not happening. I’m still waiting for a repair replacement timeline. This have been dragging for 2 months now. If after sales and support is important to you, I would recommend buying elsewhere....
