Poor after sales service

Products are very affordable, but their service and communication leave a lot to be desired. Essentially, we decided to get a heat pump about three weeks ago and we are still waiting for delivery of the items. They take money quickly, but the after-sale service is not very good at all. They also did not tell me that they can only install next month, so I had to source my own installer. The sales consultant over the phone was also defensive instead of owning mistakes and trying to assist. The savings in price is not worth it.
