Please read and avoid AC Direct

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered and paid for an AC unit with the extra copper piping as advised by them. Technician arrived with aluminium piping and complained when I told him that it wasn't acceptable they only returned 3 days later. After the installation the unit didn't work wasn't getting cold. 3 days for the technician to return again..gas leak shoddy installation. 3 months later same issues. Sent email after email with promises for someone to get out and repair no one arrives...nothing. Try call and speak with a manager, amazingly he\she is always in meetings and doesn't know how to call customers back. I strongly suggest avoiding AC Direct they'll take your money and run.
