Please avoid them for your sake

Issues from the very start. The website says expect order within 2-10 working days once the order has been paid for. I waited almost 2 months. I ordered 10 x Jinko 550w solar panels, when the order eventually arrived I was sent an email by AC Direct saying the Jinko panels were damaged in transit and they sent me Seraphim solar panels instead. I ordered Jinko for a reason because of good reviews, I didn’t want Seraphim panels, I think what they did is totally unacceptable. It was such a hassle to get these panels from them after many emails later I decided to not go through the trouble of returning them and trying to get a refund out of them. If you’re going to get solar equipment rather get from an actual solar installer and pay that extra markup instead of dealing with these guys.
