Pathetic supplier......Never .....Never Again

I will NEVER use this company again. They sent an amateur installer for the installation that cost 10k to do. I understood it to be a bit more as I wanted the compressors far from the rooms. It took 3 days to install, holes were not filled, etc. Dust and dirt all over !!! Workmanship was shocking. I ended correcting myself. The 30000 BTU unit is suppose to be wifi and it is over a month that this unit has not been replaced. They keep blaming Hisense. Over a month !!! Pathetic generic answers is all you get. Nearly 50k spent and wish i didn't.
