Pathetic customer service!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! Go to a reputable dealer! I bought 2 Hisense inverter air-conditioners from AC Direct and paid the extra fee for installation through their accredited service provider. There was firstly an issue at installation with leaking gas pipes which was subsequently rectified by the installer, and now 10 months later the same unit is not cooling anymore. These units are still under warranty, and although I have reported this to AC Direct on several occasions, I have been given very arrogant responses taking no accountability and requesting me to pay for a callout fee and service on the unit. They haven't once offered to inspect the unit or process anything to honour the warranty on the air-conditioner. They are absolutely pathetic...trying to **** more money out of customers who bought their products which is still covered by the original warranty, is thievery! I am now going to pursue legal action to hold them accountable and hopefully protect others in future!
