Once they have your money communications stop. Refunds do not get paid

I have been waiting for 3 months after a refund was "authorised" (as confirmed by email) and I have still not received anything. Completely ghosted on email (several emails) and promises on the phone about "looking into it). Echoing other reviews, that all have similar complaints around refunds, stay away from this company
