No refund after 6 weeks

<div>I asked for a refund for installation charges I paid with purchasing an airconditioner when they told me it would cost R 1000 more due to be outlying area. I completed the refund form on 3 July. After a couple of follow-ups, I was eventually told by ++++ that the refund would be paid within two to three days on 26 July .. and nothing. Another 3 weeks have passed, and while they do reply to some emails - they’re not doing the refunds. I regret purchasing from AC Direct, and I’m annoyed at the aggravation it’s caused me.</div>
