I emailed their installation department as soon as my aircon arrived, but now it is a week later and I still haven't received any response.

I phoned them multiple times, and on the occasions that they actually answered the phone, they always promised me that they would call back later that day. But they never did.

If I had known then what I know now, I would never have done business with them
