Lack of response after sales, no installation as promised

<div>2 stars only because the Airconditioner was delivered promptly and on-schedule. I paid for the “professional installation” which is meant to be within 2-7 days after delivery. I queried this 3 weeks ago, multiple follow up emails and call center is impossible to try and get through. Needless to say during the hottest month of the year the Airconditioner is sitting in its box thanks to complete lack of after-sales response.</div>
