Horrific service

Absolute worst service experience! We ordered and paid more than three weeks ago now, and still no aircon received or installed. They are horrible to deal with, I would not recommend using them. You pay upfront and then you are at their mercy.

We have sent numerous email, made numerous calls but all to no avail. When you get a hold of them on the phone they say that they will phone back, but never do.

Their admin is horrible, we had to mention to them, multiple times, that they had the delivery address wrong. How do you get this wrong after we told you that it was not correct?

They have not delivered on their 3-10 business day policy, so don't believe that.

They let us know that installation would be on 18 December (Which was outside of their maximum of 10 business day policy), and then they never showed up - after confirming that they would be there on that day!!!

I have all the email trails and call logs if they want to challenge their **** service.
