Horrible unprofessional aircon installation

Horrible, unprofessional service. Late delivery and entered my home without masks. Installers didn't pitch up, no communications. And when they finally pitched up without their manager, they didn't have pipe's/equipment. They waited for two hours and asked me if I had paid the additional fees. I had to connect the power myself at an additional cost because they don't work with electricity.
