To be fair, I should have listened to the other reviews. Simply: 1. delays in product delivery 2. delays in installation booking 3. impossible to get hold of someone at this company (email, phone - all useless) 4. impossible to get refunds. This is quite simply the most atrocious experience you'll ever have. Do business at your own peril
