Great workmanship but terrible planning

Installation was done very well but the planning was terrible. I requested an installation with more than 5m but they arrived only with 5m piping so rye piping and cabling was too short. After talking with the office they couldn't help the same day and installation was only completed two days later as they were fully booked. I fail to understand why one fill in the requested installation requirements if they do not look at it. Moses and his team tried everything to try help but without much support from the office.
