I had one of the best experiences with AC Direct for my solar setup. They offered the best price combination for the Sunsynk 16kva inverter and Sunsynk batteries. When my originally ordered solar panels were delayed, they promptly provided better quality panels from another brand, ensuring no significant delay in my project. The installation was executed with precision; the work on the roof panel installation, inverter, batteries, and DB/junction boxes was remarkably neat and efficient.

Dylan was particularly helpful, providing excellent support during the installation and continuing post-sale. The entire process from ordering to installation was completed in about 2 weeks, and I was kept informed with regular phone updates on every step of the process, from order status to delivery and installation.

While there have been some negative reviews for AC Direct, my personal experience was nothing short of excellent. Great service all around, AC Direct!
