Frustrating Experience with AC Direct's Installation and Service

I had high hopes when choosing AC Direct, but my experience has been frustrating, to say the least. The air conditioner they installed was not done correctly, leading to a leak that has caused damage to my property.

I’ve contacted them several times to address the issue, but their response has been slow and far from satisfactory. While I understand that errors can occur, the lack of urgency and follow-through in resolving the problem is disappointing.

I believe in giving companies the opportunity to make things right, but AC Direct has fallen short in this regard. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and consider other options if you're looking for reliable installation and service.
