Pathetic customer service

<div>First of all they did not deliver on time, and gave the delivery people the wrong adress. Then secondly, the pool heat pump does not perform advertised. They refuse to refund, and comes with all technical BS. Even the calculator on the website sais the pump I got is correct for my pool. Now they sais it is to small for winter. Although it is advertised as All year round heating. The pool does not get warmer than 30 degrees, and I have been running it for more than a week.</div>
