Epitomizing bad service

Absolutely shocking service. My aircons are still lying in their boxes 2 weeks after delivery waiting for installation which was already paid for, despite numerous promises to escalate the situation. The only thing that works efficiently in this company is their billing department. They don’t tell you that you have to pay extra if you in an outlying area and even though I agreed to this I refused to pay them any more UNTIL their designated contract calls me confirming an installation date.....I’m yet to hear from the contractors. The initial installation was scheduled 10 days ago and the preinstallation schedule sent. No one came and no one called. Rather pay the extra and deal with companies like harsh....who sent out a contractor in December for a fault on my smeg fridge pronto. Stay away from these sharlatons.....who still have my installation money! #70670
