Dont buy your aircon or installation from AC Direct!

On 28 Nov 2025 i bought a air conditioner online after phoning the telephone nr, and was assured that following the online purchase and installation will speed up delivery and installation. Payment were a breeze, delivery i have to call to make sure they deliver. They delivered the aircon after that. I had to call for the installation, they called me back and scheduled installation, they rescheduled 3 times after that, on 13 Dec they said they had to reschedule with the same excuse the installer were in a car accident. Up to now no installation took place. They use external installers and not their own internal it seems, this you can get on FB market place for much cheaper than through AC Direct
