Dont buy Comfee Alliance Airconditioner from AC Direct.

Please do not purchase the Alliance Comfee 12000BTU Inverter type split AC from AC Direct. The boxes came, their installer installed and when the AC started up the inside unit was noisy and the installer said he would take it up with AC Direct. After 2 days the outside units foam covering came off and went into the fan which caused a error code EC 7 on the unit which cleared after a while. It has been a Month now still no replacement and the inside unit noise is keeping me up at night. Please avoid AC Direct and Comfee unit.
