Don't Bother with the Meyerton Branch

I had one of the worst service experiences ever after spending a decent amount of money with this company. I purchased an air conditioner, which was installed on December 12, 2025. Within less than a week, I started experiencing issues with a leaking unit. Since I have laminate flooring, the leaks damaged my wooden skirting. The problem was traced to a faulty pump, which still hasn't been fixed despite multiple attempts by the installer. I emailed Warren, but my message was completely ignored. I then reached out to Morne, who promised to check with the installation manager, but as of now, I don't think he's done that. Essentially, I purchased an air conditioner that I haven't been able to use for two months. I had to hire D&H Air-Conditioning, who promptly removed the faulty pump and completed the job efficiently. After reading all the negative comments, it's clear that using AC Direct is a gamble—you either get terrible service like mine, or if you're lucky, it’s "good." There's no middle ground. What a shame.
