My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. After placing an order, I was informed nearly a week later that the item was out of stock and would only arrive after Christmas, completely defeating the purpose of my purchase. I then canceled my order and submitted a refund request.

Since then, it has been an endless cycle of frustration. I’ve had to make multiple follow-ups—both via email and phone—only to be met with delays, unanswered emails, and empty promises. I was assured that my refund had been escalated to the accounts department and would be processed, but weeks later, I am still waiting.

To make matters worse, when I tried to share my experience by commenting on their social media posts, they simply removed my comments and blocked me. This shows a complete lack of accountability and an unwillingness to address legitimate customer concerns.

Their communication is appalling, with representatives making promises they don’t keep, and their refund process is unnecessarily convoluted for what should be a straightforward issue.

If you’re considering doing business with this company, think twice. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is astounding. I still have not received my refund, and the entire experience has been a complete waste of time and energy.
