Do not Buy From Ac Direct online - No After service or business ethics

<div>I purchased a aircon unit which became faulty . I reported the fault around the 7th Feb 2025 . These guys have no after service . We are now in the month of May and my issue is not resolved . They sent technicians upon technicians to diagnose the problem over 7 times . They are not competent and have no technical team that equipped to provide after service . i have written communication on email that confirms they will repair it . I also got confirmation from AC direct that my aircon unit warrantee has been approved. 10 days later when i query why the repair was not done im told my unit is not under warrantee by the manufacture . Note it took them months to tell me this . I have a booklet of emails from them with lies upon lies .their stories are never consistent .Everytime you communicate with them it changes . I will publish all these email . People stay away from them . you will get no after service , no straight honest answers. they basically just beat around the bush.</div>
