Dishonesty of AcDirect

On the 30 March 2024 I place an order of Bosch dishwasher ,after 2 weeks of no sigh of my order I make a call and send out an email only to be told there is no stock of the product that I order I can choose the lower product or high product and top the price. I later on decided to choose the lower one which it will require them to refund me the credit but they say no they can't refund me and other day they can refund me half,which I declined and request my full refund.it makes a month now without my machine nor my refunds.Ac Direct I am very disappointed and I will never buy from you even if the price is a cent.
