Disappointing service for installations

I ordered 3 air conditioners, including installation, and checked BEFORE ordering that there would be no problem installing in Herm****. Well the air conditioners have been delivered which I am grateful for, however after 7!!!! phone calls I still cannot get an installation booked. Installation that I have already paid for! Apparently demand in CT too high. No one mentioned they would install in Herm**** only if and when they had time and basically you’re completely de-prioritized as a clearly less important client. After buying 3 Aircon units you would think they’d at least bother to call me back after multiple promises that they’ll get back to me. I can’t even get them to book the installation!
