Delay on Order but happy with the end result.

After ordering my ac unit on Black Friday I was informed that there would be a delay in delivery as a result of the delays at the Durban Ports with Transnet. To be honest I was a bit concerned with this communication.

I was kept up to date on email by AC Direct at all times and my ac was eventually installed today to my satisfaction.

I can only recommend these guys for their efforts in these difficult times getting their containers through the ports and well done to Piet and his amazing team for a job well done.

Would highly recommend AC Direct.
