Cant fix heat pump, worse customer service ever

<div>they came to do services and inspection why it gives an "conflict" error on my heat pump. They quoted on a sensor after we paid they came to install just to find out it is the wrong sensor and the error is still there. After numerous emails, its been 3 months, they still haven't fixed their mistake or the error on the heat pump, after receiving their money. Every time +++++ replies it is "will be sorted today" or "will be sorted by end of the week" after 3 months going for 4 months now still don't know which day or week he is talking about.</div>
