Broken Unit Installed - Bad Customer Service

Purchased brand new airconditioning unit, including installation services - Unit has issues since installation & AC Direct is delivering very poor customer service regarding the matter.

Since the unit was installed & ran for the 1st time - it consistently makes humming noises, that become louder & louder.

The installation crew (hired by AC Direct) witnessed & confirmed this. They also stated that a brand new unit should not be doing so- as well as that the unit is brand new on the market...

Customer Service has been very slow & unhelpful: I have had no repairs or replacement, nor a refund. We are now just sitting with a very noisy airconditioning unit.

This is not acceptable at all.
