Excellent service! Got my aircon for a very good price on AC Direct and I am very happy with the installation service. I like the online platform where you could upload details of the installation so that the team knows exactly what to expect and bring the right tools and equipment. Communication was great and the team did an exceptionally neat installation of both the indoor and outdoor units. They cleaned up any mess made from the installation properly and returned all the furniture to the original position when they finished. I am very happy and satisfied with the service from AC Direct :-)
