Bad communication

I would not recommend AC Direct to anyone. We had to follow up on everything ourselves. More than 2 weeks ago we paid for the aircon. We did receive it after several emails and phone calls. Now we struggle to get them to come and do installation. Ons the quote they did charge us installation costs but now they say we need to pay the contractors petrol money as well. I can Understand that, but it was not on the quote. They said that they will email us and follow up with the installation teams but yet another day went by with no feedback from AC Direct. What a disappointment.
