Avoid ACDirect
Avoid these guys!
I ordered 3 aircons on the 21st of September. To date they have only delivered 1 unit out of 3. It has been excuse after excuse. And now Janita does not answer my emails nor my calls. Today in the morning I received an email from an unmanned mailbox telling me there has been a further delay - for the umpteenth time.
