AN EXCITED CUSTOMER OF DC DIRECT!!!!
Best and most friendly service I ever received from all my many online purchases. I ordered an air conditioned Unit and Brackets online. Bracket ordered was too small for my unit. The phoned me from the packing department and explain the incorrect combination; put me through to sales who quickly send me the additional invoice and the next day they delivered all items at my address. They follow up and everyone was more than friendly and helpful.
