ALL IS GOOD UNTIL IT'S NOT

ALL IS GOOD UNTIL IT'S NOT. Have made a few purchases online and all went well until a heat pump failed after 3 months of purchase and required after sales service/warranty. Have been trying to resolve the matter since the beginning of Feb 2024, which is now the same age as the heat pump, to no avail. BE AWARE OF THE NON EXISTENT AFTER SALES/WARRANTY SERVICE.
