AC Direct, what a shame!! Poor service, poor response, poor communication. Please stay away and avoid disappointment. They expect upfront payment but are not at all concerned about a 3-7 day delivery promise and do not communicate and apologise for poor service. They actually deserve no star at all. With the current economic crisis, I find it difficult that a business is not concerned at all about providing excellent service.
